Daily chemical industry

(1) Used as a washing aid. The role of 4A zeolite as a detergent additive is mainly to exchange calcium and magnesium ions in the water, so that the water can be softened and prevent the redeposition of dirt. At present, 4A zeolite is the most widely used and most mature product in replacing phosphorus-containing additives. The substitution of 4A zeolite for sodium tripolyphosphate as washing assistant is of great significance to solve environmental pollution.

(2) 4A zeolite can also be used as a molding agent for soap.

(3) 4A zeolite can also be used as a friction agent for toothpaste. At present, the amount of 4A zeolite in washing products is the largest. As 4A zeolite for washing, it is mainly required to have a higher calcium exchange capacity and a faster exchange rate.

Environmental protection industry

(1) For sewage treatment. 4 human zeolite can remove Cu2 Zn2+Cd2+ in sewage. The sewage from industry, agriculture, civil and aquatic animal husbandry contains ammonia nitrogen, which not only endangers the survival of fish, pollutes the internal culture environment, but also promotes the growth of algae, leading to the blockage of rivers and lakes. 4A zeolite has been successfully applied in this field because of its high selectivity for NH. It comes from the sewage discharged by metal mines, smelters, metal surface treatment and chemical industry, which contains heavy metal ions which are very harmful to human body. Treating these sewage with 4A zeolite can not only ensure the quality of water, but also recover heavy metals. As a 4A zeolite for sewage treatment, due to the removal of harmful ions in sewage as much as possible, products with relatively high crystallinity are needed.

(2) Improve drinking water quality. Using the ion exchange properties and adsorption properties of zeolite, the circulation system is used to detoxify seawater and soften hard water, and selectively remove or reduce the harmful elements/bacteria/viruses in some drinking water sources.

(3) Harmful gas treatment. Applications in this area include industrial gas purification, industrial and domestic waste gas environmental treatment.

Plastic processing

Agricultural fertilizer

(1) Used as a soil amendment. The cation exchange property and adsorbability of zeolite can be used as soil amendment directly to improve the supply of beneficial trace elements needed by crops, reduce the acidity of soil and increase the base exchange capacity of soil.

(2) Used as long-acting fertilizer and fertilizer slow-release agent. For example, the combination of zeolite with dihydroamine, hydrogen cheese, rare earth elements and other trace elements can prepare a long-term fertilizer synergist, which can not only greatly extend the fertilizer effect period of nitrogen fertilizer, and improve the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer, but also significantly improve the nutritional status of crops, promote the growth and development of crops, improve the antiviral ability, and increase crop yield.

(4) Used as a preservative. The adsorption and exchange properties of zeolite can be used to prevent and control crop diseases and pests, and improve the preservation and preservative ability of agricultural products such as vegetables and fruits and aquatic products.

Metallurgical industry

(2) as a desiccant. 4A molecular sieve is mainly used for the drying of natural gas and various chemical gases and liquids, refrigerants, pharmaceuticals, electronic materials and volatile substances.

(3) as a catalyst. 4A molecular sieve is rarely used as catalyst. In the field of catalysis, X zeolite, Y zeolite and ZK-5 zeolite are mainly used. The petrochemical industry basically needs 4A molecular sieve type zeolite, therefore, it requires a high degree of crystallinity.
